LDB Consulting was founded in 1987. It develops software that assists financial accounting and regulatory reporting staff within the securities industry to compute capital charges. In 2010 LDB was acquired by ConvergEx a leading technology company providing mission critical software and technology-enabled services to asset managers and financial intermediaries globally.
Len Bole is president of LDB Consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago with both a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and an MBA. He has 35+ years experience in the computer industry and has been developing software for the financial community for over 25 years. He has been writing haircut systems since 1988.
Charles Greiner is involved in both marketing and systems analysis. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. His career in the finance industry began in 1998 and he has been involved in developing front and back office systems since 2000. Charles joined LDB Consulting in May of 2002.
Rick Yaksich joined LDB Consulting in June of 2006 as our Chief Technologist. He came to LDB from an investment advisory firm where he served eight years as Systems Analyst. Rick has been working in the industry since 1995 and has broad work experience ranging from back office operations to end user client support. He is currently enrolled at Lewis University where he is pursuing a degree in IT Management.
Chris Kemper joined LDB Consulting in September of 2007 and has been involved in the finance industry since 2006. He has a Business Certificate from Valparaiso University, two Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana State University (Aviation Administration and Professional Aviation Flight Technology), and an Associate of Applied Science as a Programmer Analyst. Chris is currently seeking an MBA.

Aaron Williams joined LDB Consulting in June of 2010. He has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Purdue University (Agricultural Economics and Biochemistry). He is currently enrolled at Purdue North Central for IT class work.
